Russell had a great reaction to a Griffin dunk in 2012

Long before 19-year-old D'Angelo Russell was drafted by the Lakers with the second overall pick during the NBA Draft on Thursday, he was left in awe by a Los Angeles basketball player.

Only, it wasn't a Laker. It was a Clipper.

As a high schooler in 2012, before he even attended Ohio State, Russell watched Blake Griffin dunk at a Team USA practice. Griffin went off the backboard and then through his legs before putting slamming the ball home.

The camera cuts to an amazed Russell, who says, "He didn't even stretch, though."

One a side note, props to Russell for wearing the best suit on draft night.
