Robert Griffin III Gets Lit Up, As Wide Receiver

The Washington Redskins attempted a trick play against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, and it backfired in more than one way. Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III tried to be on the receiving end of a big pass play, but instead he got called for an offensive pass interference and took a brutal hit.  Knowing he had a free shot at a quarterback, Steelers' Ryan Clark took advantage and lit Robert Griffin up at the end of the play. The Redskins may want to keep their franchise quarterback in the backfield moving forward, unless he takes off with the ball in-hand.
