Report: Dolphins lose WR Armon Binns for season
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Armon Binns is out for the season with a torn ACL and MCL that he suffered in practice on Sunday, the Miami Herald reported.
Binns caught six passes for 67 yards in three games for the Dolphins in 2012. He also played for the Bengals, grabbing 18 passes for 210 yards last season.
A second-year player from the University of Cincinnati, Binns was expected to compete for playing time as the Dolphins' No. 4 or 5 receiver.
