Reader 't_bone42' offers our 'Comment of the Day'
With Ohio State poised to hold its Senior Day on Saturday when Indiana comes to town for the last football game of the season at Ohio Stadium, our Zac Jackson took a look at some of the things the Buckeyes have accomplished in the last four or in some cases five years.
They have had a long and interesting journey, one that could end with a second undefeated season but also might not involve a chance to play for a national title.
FSO reader t_bone42 indicated the Buckeyes could be left out in part because of the decline of the Big Ten recently.
it's too bad for those seniors that the B1G went downhill so much the last couple years. you can attribute that to a few key events. the Sandusky things at PSU, as well as getting swept by Bama in a 2 game series. Michigan getting ripped by Bama and South Carolina. Wisconsin losing to TCU in the Rose Bowl. Michigan State is towards the top because of that great win over UGA in the Capital One Bowl, but who knows if they are really that good either. OSU is getting most of the best players in the conference despite the tattoo scandal because of Urban Meyer, without him there would be nothing worth talking about in the B1G right now.
What do you think? Has Ohio State's conference let it down as the Buckeyes have taken off under Urban Meyer?
