Rangers put Ogando on DL
The Texas Rangers have put right-hander Alexi Ogando on the 15-day disabled list with right biceps tendonitis. Ogando experienced some pain in his arm during his Wednesday start in Oakland.
Texas has called up right-hander Cory Burns to replace Ogando on the roster. The Rangers will make another move before Monday as right-hander Josh Lindblom will come up from Round Rock to make the start.
Ogando, who made the move back to the rotation after being in the bullpen last year, is 4-2.
