Rams reportedly land CB Marcus Peters in trade with Chiefs
The Rams may have improved their secondary on Friday.
According to reports from ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, cornerback Marcus Peters has been acquired from Kansas City in exchange for a package of draft picks.
The deal can not become official until March 14, the start of the new league year.
Peters, the 18th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Washington, has 151 tackles and 19 interceptions in 45 career NFL games.
Peters was a Pro Bowler in 2015 and 2016 and was named First Team All-NFL in 2016.
