Raiders take SDSU LB Burris in 4th round

ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) -- The Oakland Raiders took San Diego State linebacker Miles Burris with the 129th overall pick in the NFL draft.

The Raiders used a compensatory pick at the end of the fourth round on Saturday to make their second pick of the draft. They took Utah guard Tony Bergstrom at the end of the third round on Friday.

Burris had eight sacks and 78 tackles last year for the Aztecs. Adding depth at linebacker was one of Oakland's biggest needs going into the draft. The projected starters for the Raiders next season are Rolando McClain, Aaron Curry and free agent acquisition Philip Wheeler.

The Raiders still have two fifth-round picks and one sixth-round pick remaining.
