Paajarvi clears waivers, assigned to AHL by Blues

ST. LOUIS -- Forward Magnus Paajarvi remains a member of the St. Louis Blues organization after clearing waivers.

The Blues placed Paajarvi on waivers Thursday to make room on the roster for Jori Lehtera, who had been on injured reserve. He cleared waivers and so the Blues assigned him to the Chicago Wolves, their AHL affiliate, on Friday.

Paajarvi, 25, had one goal in three games for the Blues this season.
