Week 2 NFL Trends (Courtesy: Joe Osborne at OddsShark.com)

There were a few standout numbers from Week 1 including underdogs going 9-5-2 ATS. Looking back to last season, the underdog record after Week 2 was 16-15-1, so we might see more favorites come out on top this week.

Week 1 also saw six underdogs earn straight-up wins, which is on par with 2015's mark of five in Week 1. Underdogs performed especially well in Week 2 last season, picking up eight SU wins, so keep a close eye on those underdogs in games with a tight spread.
