NASCAR's next generation on display in 'So Young, So Fast, So Driven'
With Jeff Gordon retired and Tony Stewart retiring, who's going to be the next group of NASCAR stars around the track?
You'll find out Wednesday when FOX Sports Arizona debuts "So Young, So Fast, So Driven" at 6 and 10 p.m. The 30-minute show, hosted by Kevin McCabe, spotlights several up-and-coming NASCAR drivers under the age of 25 and their thoughts about finding their place among the veteran drivers.
The featured drivers include Alex Bowman, Austin Dillon, Darrell Wallace Jr., Jeb Burton and Matt DiBenedetto.
Bowman, 22, a Tucson native, discusses returning to his home state to race at Phoenix International Raceway and what it's like to race against the experienced drivers. Dillon, 25, driving No. 3 Chevrolet SS for Richard Childress Racing, describes what it's like to grow up in a racing family. Wallace, 22, driving the No. 6 Ford Mustang for Roush Fenway Racing, explains why he wants to be "The Tiger Woods of NASCAR."
