NASCAR lovebirds share track for first time since engagement
Remember a couple weeks ago when we told you about NASCAR drivers Daniel Hemric and Kenzie Ruston getting engaged?
Well, in Friday's NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race at Watkins Glen International, the two lovebirds shared a racetrack for the first time since Hemric popped the question during a weekend getaway on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia.
So how'd they do?
Hemric, a Camping World Truck Series regular who makes occasional K&N starts, finished on the lead lap in 10th. Ruston, a K&N regular, finished four laps down in 18th after retiring from the race with suspension problems.
Well wasn't the day we hoped for, but had a blast @WGI love road course racing! On to the next one @MotordromeSpeed! KNEast #BullyHill125
