Michigan State center Jack Allen's 'Craigslist cat' Bubbles brings out tender side

While Michigan State Spartans center Jack Allen is out shoving a sled across the team's practice field, a "Craigslist cat" Bubbles is home bumming around Allen and roommate tight end Paul Lang's apartment.

"It's me and this cat in the apartment for three weeks, and boxes of stuff," Allen told USA Today's Nicole Auerbach. "I did lose the cat for like five hours the first day. I called Paul and was like, 'This thing is gone. I'm sorry. Look for another one on Craigslist. He's gone.'"

Fortunately, Bubbles, named for the bespectacled "Trailer Park Boys" character, turned up again. Probably because it wanted something. Have a look at Bubbles taking a "midday nap" at the Allen-Lang abode (with a UFC 194 reference):

"The cat is Jack's favorite," Spartans quarterback Connor Cook said. "That's his tender side, playing with the cat, loving the cat."

Allen referred to Bubbles as a "Craigslist cat" because he isn't sure what breed it is. "Craigslist cat" will suffice.
