Manchester United in secret talks to buy Barcelona's Neymar

Each day we'll bring you the very latest tabloid rumors as the biggest clubs around look to splash the cash to bolster their rosters. True or not, they're always entertaining...

Manchester United have been in secret talks to try to buy Brazilian superstar Neymar. United's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has been to Barcelona three times in the last two months, failing to complete a deal to sign Pedro but allegedly making an 'audacious bid' for Neymar.

Barca, however, are unsurprisingly said to be 'resisting all interest' from United. Paris Saint-Germain are also apparently showing an interest in Neymar.

Chelsea have agreed a stunning £69million deal to sign Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.

The Premier League champions made Juve an 'offer they cannot refuse' and could even include Oscar, Willian and Juan Cuadrado as part of the deal.

Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is a target for West Brom after their bid to sign Federico Fazio collapsed at the 11th hour.

Kevin De Bruyne has agreed personal terms with Manchester City but the transfer depends on the club making an acceptable bid for the Wolfsburg midfielder.

Tottenham are ready to table a second bid, in excess of £20m, for West Brom striker Saido Berahino.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has had a stunning move for £70million-rated Paul Pogba rejected by Juventus.

The Mirror say the Blues will not consider allowing either Oscar or William to leave - and have been told by Juve that Pogba is "intransferable".

West Ham have submitted a £6million bid for Chelsea winger Victor Moses.

Moses impressed on loan at Stoke last season and caught the eye with some of his pre-season appearances for the Blues, but the arrival of Pedro is likely to block his path into the first team at Stamford Bridge.

Tottenham and Aston Villa are also interested in the 24-year-old, but Chelsea are said to want £10million to sell.

Manchester City's Martin Demichelis is wanted by River Plate as a replacement for Everton-bound Ramiro Funes Mori.

Norwich have failed with an approach for QPR striker Charlie Austin.
