The NFL opened its offseason training program on Monday, with the Rams and Chargers both hosting their first organized team activity (or OTA) of the 2018 season.

Needless to say, the players & coaches were fired up and eager to get to work.

The Rams are coming off a 11-5 season and an NFC West title ... all during now second-year coach Sean McVay's first year with the club.

LA's other team, the Chargers, made some noise late in the season and ended the 2017 campaign at 9-7.

With a loaded and talented defense, and veteran QB Philip Rivers running the show on offense, there are many reasons to be excited about the Chargers in 2018.
