LAFC to host international friendly with Borussia Dortmund

Teams and companies in Los Angeles use many different tactics to succeed at the beginning, but there is one commonality: bring the stars.

LAFC is doing exactly that.

LA's newest MLS team will welcome the German Bundesliga Club Borussia Dortmund (BVB) for an international friendly match Tuesday, May 22 at the new Banc of California Stadium in South LA.  One of BVB's biggest stars is American Christian Pulisic, the reigning U.S. Male Soccer Player of the Year.








Dortmund has won the Bundesliga eight times, most recently in the 2011-12 season, and UEFA once. The club is currently in four place with 51 points and a 14-9-7 record. LAFC stands at 3-2 in its first season.

LAFC will be unveiling its new home with its inaugural match April 29 vs. the Seattle Sounders at 6:00p.
