Kings, NHL unveil 2017 NHL All-Star Game logo

Start printing the t-shirts! The 2017 NHL All-Star Game has a logo, and it's pretty awesome.

On Monday, the NHL and Los Angeles Kings unveiled an LA-themed logo to promote the upcoming NHL All-Star Game at Staples Center on Jan. 29,2017.

Taking inspiration from the bright lights of nearby Hollywood, the NHL had this to say about the logo's genesis:

And of course, the logo has a palm tree because... well, California. That's why.

The All-Star festivities kick off in LA starting Friday, Jan. 27.
