Kevin Love watched an unbelievable amount of TV this summer

Cavaliers forward Kevin Love is the latest athlete to write a column (and be named senior editor) for recently-retired Yankee Derek Jeter's new website, ThePlayersTribune.com.

In a post titled "How I Spent My Summer Vacation," the 26-year-old power forward/center described what it was like for him to leave Minnesota for Cleveland.

Since there were rumors about his future all over Twitter on a daily basis, Love shut the noise out and turned to streaming video instead.

He says:

OK, let's do some math.

There were 180 episodes of "Seinfeld," 80 episodes of "Curb Your Enthusiasm," 85 episodes of "Mad Men" and 30 episodes of "Game of Thrones" (times two, per Love's story) for a grand total of 405 episodes of television.

With "Seinfeld" and "Curb" clocking it at approximately 30 minutes per episode and "Mad Men" and "GoT" at 60 minutes per show, Love spent some 16,500 minutes watching those four shows this summer (and that's not even counting the movies on the IMDb Top 250 list). That's almost 11 and a half days.

Clearly, Love had one thing on his mind as he tried to escape the speculation about his future.
