Katie Ledecky hung out with Bruce Springsteen in D.C. Thursday
Gold and platinum got together in Washington D.C. on Thursday.
Olympic swimming champion Katie Ledecky and her gold medals paid a visit to Bruce Springsteen, who left his platinum records home in New Jersey.
The Boss was bearming as he posed for a photo with Ledecky's hardware from the recent Summer Games in Brazil.
The Olympics are near and dear to the Springsteen family as daughter Jessica is regarded as a candidate to be on the equestrian team in 2020.
Springsteen didn't quite make it to the four-hour mark he reached in recent shows in New Jersey. The D.C. faithful had to settle for a three-hour, 46-minute performance.
Is there anybody alive out there tonight?! Thanks @springsteen! pic.twitter.com/5DzbexuS9x
