Jose Bautista trades jersey off his back to fan for Lionel Messi jersey

Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista would give you the shirt off his back for a Lionel Messi jersey. Literally.

In fact, he did this on Wednesday before Toronto's game at Texas.

Bautista spotted a fan in the stands wearing a Barcelona jersey during batting practice, so he pulled off a trade of two autographed baseballs and his Blue Jays jersey for the guy's Messi jersey.
