Joel Klatt has shaken things up.

In the CFB on FOX analyst's second Mock Draft, Klatt has moved things around in his top six, however, keeping QB Sam Darnold at No. 1 to the Browns and former UCLA QB Josh Rosen No. 6 to the Jets.
