Jessica Blaylock joins FOX Sports Florida as Marlins in-game reporter

MIAMI -- FOX Sports Florida, the statewide television home of the Miami Marlins, today announced Jessica Blaylock has joined its roster of Marlins on-air talent for the 2015 season. In her new role, Blaylock will serve as the in-game reporter on Marlins' television broadcasts this season, as well as host of select "Inside the Marlins" episodes. Blaylock will make her television debut on Opening Day on Monday, April 6, when the Marlins host the Atlanta Braves.

Currently, Blaylock serves as a radio host and reporter for 1010XL in Jacksonville. Since joining 1010XL, she has been the Jaguars beat reporter, an active contributor on the Frank Frangie Show with Rick Ballou and hosted her own evening show. She also covered THE PLAYERS Championship and other various sporting events in the Jacksonville area.

From 2006 to 2011, Blaylock worked for ESPN as an operations producer for college football, college basketball and NASCAR. She originally joined FOX Sports Florida in 2010, covering five seasons of Orlando Magic basketball, as well as high school football and basketball. She has also contributed both Jaguars and high school football features for CSS.
