Jaguars waive WR Taylor Price, G Stephane Milhim
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — The Jacksonville Jaguars have waived receiver Taylor Price and guard Stephane Milhim.
If they are not claimed off waivers in the next five days, both injured players will revert to the team's injured reserve.
Price (foot) and Milhim (foot) opened training camp on the physically unable to perform list, both with stress fractures. Neither got healthy enough to practice before being waived Monday.
Price, a third-round draft pick by New England in 2010, had been considered a long shot to make the roster after Jacksonville added Ace Sanders in the draft and signed Mohamed Massaquoi in free agency.
Milhim, a 300-pounder from Massachusetts, was an undrafted rookie free agent who signed with Jacksonville in April.
The Jaguars now have 88 players under contract, leaving them with two open roster spots.
