J.J. Watt (sorta) sends funny congratulations to couple that just had baby

You'll recall that earlier this year, Texans DE J.J. Watt helped Marcella Burke, an Austin law clerk, inform her husband that the couple was expecting their first child.

Burke, who works for Texas Supreme Court justice Don Willett, gave birth on Monday.
