Is Will Muschamp like Nick Saban, but with personality?

Florida offensive line coach Tim Davis apparently isn't a big fan of Alabama head coach Nick Saban's disposition.
According to GatorBait.net, at a booster club meeting in Melbourne, Fla., Davis took a shot at the coach with four national championships to his name while comparing him with Gators head coach Will Muschamp.
"Will and I go back to the Miami Dolphins," Davis said. "I've always wanted to work with Will. Will's got a plan. Will coached under the devil himself for seven years. I only did three. He did seven. And his DNA is not any different than Nick."
Without naming names, it was clear whom Davis was talking about. Saban coached the Dolphins for two years, with Muschamp and Davis both serving as assistants. Muschamp also served on Saban's staff at LSU, while Davis worked with him for a year at Alabama.
Davis said that while Muschamp has just as much drive and fire as Saban, he's more amiable.
"[Muschamp's] like the other guy, only he's got a personality," Davis said. "He'll smile at you. He'll talk to you. You understand? That's what he's all about. That's Will. I'm proud to work for him."
