Iowa football staff uncovers Drew Brees high school highlights tape from 1996
Before heading to Purdue, where he won the Maxwell Award in 2000 and became a two-time Heisman finalist, Drew Brees was a just another high school kid sending his highlights tape to various college football programs.
On Tuesday, Iowa student video assistant Parker Dilley found an old VHS cassette with the eventual Super Bowl XLIV MVP's highlights from 1995 and 1996 at Westlake (Texas).
