'Inside the Panthers: Palm Tress and Prospects' premieres July 17 on FOX Sports Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- On Fri., July 17, at 6 p.m., FOX Sports Florida, the regional television home of the Panthers, will premiere a brand new episode of "Inside the Panthers" before the start of the Marlins LIVE pregame show. Throughout the past 30 days, the Panthers stood at the center of the hockey universe and on this edition of "Inside the Panthers," fans will be treated to an all-access look at all the work that went into the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, which was hosted in the Panthers home arena of The BB&T Center.

"Inside the Panthers: Palm Trees and Prospects" features exclusive interviews with Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon, Executive Chairman Peter Luukko and Director of Player Personnel Scott Luce as they prepared for the draft. The show also features sound from some of the top prospects as they experienced South Florida during draft week. The Panthers selected eight players in this year's draft, including the #11 overall selection Lawson Crouse. Panthers fans will hear from Crouse, as well as fellow new Panthers draftees Samuel Montembeault, Thomas Schemitsch and Karch Bachman, all of whom were in attendance to hear their names called at The BB&T Center.  

In addition to the draft coverage, host Drew Goldfarb is joined by  Panthers defenseman Aaron Ekblad for a one-on-one interview upon returning from NHL awards in Las Vegas, Nev. where he won the Calder Trophy for NHL Rookie of the Year.
