Indians' young shortstop making a name for himself in the playoffs
Francisco Lindor's postseason play continues to show the national audience why they should be paying more attention to the 22 year-old phenom shortstop of the Cleveland Indians.
First it was his two run go-ahead home run in game 1 of the ALCS. Then in game 2 it was his glove that got people talking when in the 2nd inning he stole a hit away with a diving grab and jumping throw across his body to nail Jose Bautista at first.
In the bottom of third Lindor followed up with an RBI single giving him his third straight multi-hit game, which is the first time an Indians player has done so in the postseason since another dazzling Indians shortstop Omar Vizquel did it in 1998.
