High-tech hats: NFL Draft lids will feature light-sensitive brim

The football world is still unsure of which player the Houston Texans will select with the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL draft next month, but it now knows what that player will be wearing on draft day.

After all, it's important to look sharp when you walk onto that stage and share a bro-hug with commissioner Roger Goodell. TV cameras are rolling, after all.

The most notable aspect of the new headwear is the brim, which pieces together a team'€™s name and logo to form a sort of mosaic. That design won'€™t be visible at all times, though. According to For The Win, it'€™ll only show up when exposed to sunlight or camera flashes. In dim lighting, the brim will be a standard gray.
