He's got speed, too: RG3 takes in NASCAR action at Richmond
Thanks in part to a Twitter conversation with Dale Earnhardt Jr., Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was named the honorary pace car driver for Saturday night's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway.
Before conducting his honorary duties behind the wheel of the pace car, the NFL star hit the RIR garage and motorhome lot to meet some of NASCAR's biggest stars.
