Two very similar predicaments. Two very different solutions.
Earlier this season the Atlanta Hawks had lost seven of nine games. But the team's brain trust remained patient and stayed the course, and the Hawks responded by winning 10 of their next 15. And they did so while playing nine games without leading scorer Joe Johnson.
