Greg Biggins: Ten best CIF-SS recruits for class of 2018

National Signing Day for 2017 has been put to bed.

Now, onto the top talent returning to CIF Southern Section football fields near you!

Greg Biggins of Scout.com gives us a list of the best players to keep an eye on this fall.

1.Matt Corral, QB, Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks Christian:Corral will be a four-year starter at Oaks and has already committed to USC. Corral is currently rated the No. 2 overall QB in the nation by Scout.com and has tremendous upside. He has a big arm, moves around very well in the pocket and does a great job making a play when things break down.

2.Amon-Ra St. Brown, WR, Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei: The youngest of the talented trio of St. Brown brothers, Amon-Ra had a huge junior season and really elevated his stock. He'll be in the running for top receiver prospect in the West region and among the top five or so in the nation. He's an explosive kid who runs well after the catch and has the speed and hands to play right away at the next level.

3. Olaijah Griffin, DB, Mission Viejo (Calif.): Griffin, son of rapper Warren G,  is one of the nation's top two-way players and is an impact prospect at corner and receiver. We think his upside is highest as a lock down cover corner where he shows the size and length to hand with the bigger receivers plus the speed and quickness to handle the smaller, slot type receivers as well.

4. Solomon Tuliaupupu, LB, Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater DeiTuliaupupu is a big, physical 'backer who can run and hit and plays with a non-stop motor. He has the versatility to play inside or outside at the next level and is a natural leader who will be a captain in college.

5. Marquis Spiker, WR, Murrieta Valley (Calif.)Spiker is a big, rangy pass catcher who is a tough matchup because of his length, speed and body control. He can make plays down the field but also catches the ball well enough to be a sure handed 3rd down possession type.

6. Tanner McKee, QB, Corona (Calif.) CentennialMcKee is a pure thrower but an underrated athlete as well. He's a pocket guy with a quick release and a live arm but moves around very well for a tall 6-6 QB and can make plays with his legs. He's only scratching the surface of how good he's going to be in a few years.

7. Jaiden Woodbey, DB, Bellflower (Calif.) St. John BoscoWoodbey is a big, physical safety who can move around and play a number of spots on a defense. He's a tough kid, loves to hit and can play in the box but has better cover skills than given credit for as well. He projects best as a Kam Chancellor hybrid defender as a cross between a safety and linebacker.

8. Bo Calvert, LB, Westlake Village (Calif.) Oaks ChristianCalvert has a great combination of size, athleticism and versatility. The USC commit plays every linebacker position right now and could grow in to a pass rushing defensive end down the line depending on the scheme he's playing in. He can get after the quarterback, has a great motor and makes plays all over the field.

9. Cameron Rising, QB, Newbury Park (Calif.)Rising is among the most accurate quarterbacks in the country and really understands timing and anticipation. He's a high IQ football player who really thinks the game and understands how to move defenders around and get his guys open. The Oklahoma commit can also run for positive yards and has some under-rated dual threat qualities.

10. Camren McDonald, TE, Long Beach Poly (Calif.)McDonald is a big hybrid receiver who we think will grow in to a pass catching tight end. He has the ability to make plays down the field and will be a brutal matchup for opposing linebackers and safeties to deal with. He runs like a receiver but has the frame to add size and strength and has a ton of upside.
