TD Garden is no place to come if you are trying to cure a basketball ill. But the Bobcats are here, scratching their heads over losing 5 of 7 games since the All Star Break.

While things are going well with Tyrus Thomas in the field from a shot blocking mode, the guard play has broken down somewhat. Over the last five games Raymond Felton and DJ Augustine have struggled. Raymond is 19-52 from the field and is averaging 8.1 points per game during the stretch. That's about 5 below his average this season.

The hole is even deeper for DJ Augustin. The second year pro has only made 2 of his last 27 shots, averaging 2.7 points per game. It was thought that the trade of Flip Murray would open up more scoring opportunities for DJ and playing time for Gerald Henderson. The shots have been there for DJ, but the time hasn't for Gerald.

Boston sent the Bobcats back to the Stone Age (Peach Basket) on opening night, holding them to 59 points. Even after rolling up a 5 game win streak, the Bobcats took a beat down from the men in Green at Time Warner Cable Arena. This is the last game this season between the two.

Watch the matchup between Gerald Wallace and Paul Pierce. It's always interesting. Rajon Rondo has been the key in unraveling the Bobcats, Raymond will have his hands full tonight.

While this current stretch of the schedule is the Bobcats' toughest, the road gets easier after Friday night's game against the Lakers. The remaining 22 games after Friday are rated as the 3rd easiest schedule in the East. This current stretch is 3rd toughest in the East.
