FOX Sports San Diego Launches Full-Time on DISH and DIRECTV

 

Live Coverage of Today’s Padres Season Opener Against the Mets Begins at 9 AM PST

 

San Diego – FOX Sports San Diego today announced the launch of its full-time regional sports network on both DISH and DIRECTV in San Diego. Customers of AT&T U-verse, Cox, DIRECTV and DISH now have access to the Padres, Clippers and Ducks, plus other related programming and local sports events that Southern California sports fans crave. 

 

“We're delighted that DISH and DIRECTV have made FOX Sports San Diego’s full-time channel available to their valued customers,” said Henry Ford, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FOX Sports San Diego. “This season, Padres games will be available in more San Diego homes and on more providers than ever before.”

 

The launch comes just in time for today’s Padres Season Opener live from Citi Field against the New York Mets. FOX Sports San Diego has scheduled a marathon of Padres-related programming starting as early as 6:00 AM and surrounding its live coverage of Padres vs. Mets starting at 9:00 AM PST.
