FOX Sports Ohio's Cavs playoff coverage includes live pre- & postgame shows
CLEVELAND -- FOX Sports Ohio is "ALL IN to 16" in covering Cavaliers playoffs. The network announced today its plans to televise as many as six first-round Cavaliers playoff games, as well as pre- and postgame coverage throughout the postseason.
Only on FOX Sports Ohio will viewers get real inside access to the Cavs and hear from the home team starting five broadcast team that fans have come to depend on and love all season long. Whether from "deep in The Q" or The Palace in Detroit, Austin Carr, Fred McLeod, Allie Clifton, Campy Russell, and Jeff Phelps will provide everything true Cavs fans need for every playoff game.
FOX Sports Ohio's coverage of every round one playoff game will begin 30 minutes prior to every game with Cavaliers Live pre-game show. The show will anchor live from inside Quicken Loans Arena, offering commentary, features, and in-depth pre-game coverage.
FOX Sports Ohio will also air every non-ABC exclusive game in round one (FSO games identified in schedule below), presented by AT&T U-Verse.
The network will additionally air an hour-long postgame edition of Cavaliers Live following the final buzzer of every game, presented by Liberty Ford, featuring highlights, player interviews and analysis. The show will originate live from The Q following all home games and from the FOX Sports Ohio studio after all road games.
Sports broadcaster and former Cavs head coach Mike Fratello will join the postgame show to break down the action and offer a coach's perspective. With a career head coaching record of 667-548, Fratello is among the winningest head coaches in NBA history, ranking #19 on all-time wins list and #21 for total regular season game coached.
