FOX Sports Florida to provide extended coverage of Panthers Stanley Cup Final reunion

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- FOX Sports Florida, the regional television home of the Florida Panthers, announced the network will provide extended coverage of the team's 1995-96 Stanley Cup Final 20-year reunion scheduled to take place this Saturday, March 12 at the BB&T Center. The television festivities will begin promptly at 6 p.m. with a special, one-hour edition of the Panthers LIVE pregame show originating from the Jet Blue Tarmac.

"We look forward to bringing this reunion of one of the most beloved teams in South Florida sports history to our viewers," said FOX Sports Florida SVP / General Manager Steve Tello. "We hope it rekindles many memories of a historic season for the Panthers."

Tentative broadcast integrations include:

-- Pregame: Live interviews with Panthers Stanley Cup Final Head Coach Doug MacLean and Captain Brian Skrudland, along with live coverage of the team's ceremonial puck drop.

-- Intermissions: Live interviews with Panthers Stanley Cup Final Goalie John Vanbiesbrouck and Alternate Captain Scott Mellanby.

-- In-Game: FOX Sports Florida host and reporter Craig Minervini will visit Club Lexus to deliver live updates from attendees, along with multiple features and vignettes throughout the broadcast highlighting the team's day in Sunrise, Fla.
