In Week 9, the aces are limited, but 10 starting pitchers will get two turns in the rotation with both games taking place in their home ballpark.

Cream of the crop:
Jake Arrieta, CHC (vs. LAD, vs. ARI)
Sure, he had a "rough" start in his last outing (5 IP, 4 ER, and 4 Ks). Plenty of pitchers would love for that to be their worst outing. Prior to that game, Arrieta had a streak of 30-consecutive starts allowing three earned runs or fewer. He gets two home games this week. This season, Arrieta is 3-0 with a 1.73 ERA in four starts at Wrigley.
Jose Fernandez, MIA (vs. PIT, vs. NYM)
Much like our previous top tier pitcher, Fernandez is also quite impressive at home. In five outings at Marlins Park, he is 4-1 with a 3.03 ERA and has 49 punch outs in 29.2 innings of work. Fernandez has also tallied at least 11 strikeouts in three of the past four games.
Corey Kluber, CLE (vs. TEX, vs. KC)
The trend continues. Kluber gets the nod twice at home in Week 9. While his success isn't comparable to the two previous listed pitchers, that doesn't discredit Kluber's dominance. He has allowed two earned runs or less in back-to-back performances and has at least six strikeouts in three-straight starts.
Potential bargains:
Junior Guerra, MIL (vs. STL, @ PHI)
This is the week to see if Guerra is a flash-in-the-pan or a certified fantasy starter. While he is 3-0 and carries a 3.30 ERA this season, Guerra has also faced the Braves, Padres, Reds, and the strikeout-prone Cubs in the NL. This week, he'll get two clubs with above .500 records. Guerra has 17 combined strikeouts in the past two games.
Alex Wood, LAD (@ CHC, vs. ATL)
He missed his last start due to a tricep injury. Now, Wood will get two prime matchups for his fantasy owners. While a start in Wrigley Field isn't the best environment for a pitcher, the offense is quite beneficial. The Cubs have struck out 211 times, thus far, in May. That's the ninth-most in baseball. Next for Wood, the Braves. This year, they have the most strikeouts and the third-worst batting average against left-handed pitchers.
Avoid at all costs:
Dan Straily, CIN (@ COL, vs. WAS)
A start at Coors and hosting the NL East leader? That's not the best combination for any pitcher. So, though Straily has a sensational season in the making right now, it would probably be wise to sit him for Week 9.
Jhoulys Chacin, LAA (vs. DET, @ PIT)
For those looking for a streaming two-start option, this is not your guy. Chacin gets two matchups with offenses that are both in the top ten in runs scored in the past week.
