Ezekiel Elliott applied for trademark 'Zeke's Crop Top Bar and Grill'

Like Ronda Rousey who recently filed a trademark for the catchphrase 'do nothing b****' and other athletes seeking to secure legal rights to their brands, Ohio State Buckeyes junior running back Ezekiel Elliott has applied for a handful of trademarks for future merchandising and other purposes.

The Associated Press reports that Elliott has applied for five trademarks including rights to use his nicknames ''Zeke'' and ''Eze'' on merchandise," as well as the phrases ''Hero in a half shirt'' and ''In crop top we trust'' on apparel.

Elliott, who enjoys wearing cropped jerseys that allow his impressive abdominal section to breathe, also applied to use the restaurant name ''Zeke's Crop Top Bar and Grill."

Thanks to an dominant 246-yard rushing performance in the Buckeyes' national championship game thrashing of Oregon, capping his 1,878-yard rushing season, Elliott may have the cachet to eventually open ''Zeke's Crop Top Bar and Grill" in Columbus after his collegiate career.
