Epic tuba fail goes viral
The biggest highlight to come out of Lake Travis' high school football game this weekend had nothing to do with the actual game on the field.
The biggest play, which has gone viral all over the Internet, happened when the football team was in the locker room at halftime and the Lake Travis High School Marching Band was performing.
During their halftime performance, a member of the tuba section fell down while marching. Then another....then another...then another.
Before all was said and done, seven tuba players hit the turf. Minutes later, the video was posted to YouTube, went viral and was even featured on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Monday night.
Luckily, nobody was hurt in the incident.
"It was just somebody who was obviously performing their routine and had a slip up that caused a literal chain reaction," Lake Travis Independent School District spokesman Marco Alvarado told TheBlaze.com on Monday. "The kids quickly recovered and continued with their performance. They got back up and all is well."
But what did Fallon have to say about the clip?
"Man, they were THIS close to impressing the cheerleaders."
