Dodgers sign pitcher Mahay to minor league deal

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed pitcher Ron Mahay to a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training.

Mahay had a 3.44 ERA in 41 games last season with Minnesota. The left-handed reliever's season was cut short last August when he tore his right rotator cuff.
