Did Dale Jr. buy engagement ring despite jewelry phobia?
Dale Earnhardt Jr. is no fan of jewelry, admitting during February's Media Day in Daytona that he actually has what he considers to be a real jewelry phobia.
"My sister (Kelley) used to chase me around the house with necklaces and stuff," NASCAR's most popular driver said. "I don't know. It's creepy to me. It is."
So what then did Earnhardt do about is dislike for all things jewelry when it came time to buy an engagement ring for longtime girlfriend Amy Reimann to whom he recently proposed in a church that his ancestors attended in Germany?
