Curious Sam Dekker draft analysis; Gronk Party Ship is real

Sam Dekker was drafted by the Rockets with the 18th pick in the first round Thursday night. The forward from Wisconsin happens to be white. This fact was not lost on analysts, who managed to compare Dekker to basically every white player who has been in the NBA recently.

UNLV's Christian Wood provided us with the saddest moment from draft night.

The Lakers drafted Larry Nance Jr. He once called Kobe Bryant a "rapist" on Twitter. Meanwhile, the Bulls drafted Bobby Portis, who once knocked Derrick Rose and Pau Gasol on Twitter.

Actress and wife of Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union, had one of the best tweets during the NBA Draft.

"Gronk's Party Ship" is a real event that has a real website. Here is the description of the upcoming event that will take place on the Gronk Party Ship:

"It's time to PARTY, it's time to ROCK, but more importantly, it's time to get GRONK'D! Rob Gronkowski and his family want you to grab your sunnies, your swimsuits, your babes and your bros for one hell of a shindig sailing down the coast. It's time to go big or go home 'cause we're throwing a 3-day party sailing from Miami to the Bahamas with 2,500 of his most hype'd up fans, favorite bands, DJs, and comedians!"

Adrian Peterson filmed himself last night riding around on a PhunkeeDuck, which is one of those little motorized scooters that J.R. Smith was gliding around on during the NBA Finals. The running back, though, still hasn't mastered the gadget.

Mark Wahlberg explained how he talked Tom Brady into appearing in "Ted 2" on Thursday night's "Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon."

Personally, I would've just said that "Late Night with Seth Meyers is a really bad show and the host is not funny," but Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole of "FOX Sports Live" handled things much more diplomatically Thursday night when they addressed a recent claim by Meyers.
