Could David Lee return for Warriors against Spurs?

Let's get this straight right up top. The Golden State Warriors are not expecting to have All-Star forward David Lee back for their second-round series against the San Antonio Spurs.

"There are no expectations about David's role moving forward," coach Mark Jackson told the Oakland Tribune.

With that all said, there is a chance.

"It depends on how he's feeling and what the doctors and training staff and everybody else says about it," Jackson said. "But he's excited about it, and if he's healthy, and he can give us something, I will certainly utilize those minutes properly."

Lee tore a hip flexor in Game 1 of the Warriors first-round series and was initially expected to miss the entire playoffs. Jackson put him in the game for less than two minutes on Thursday, but that was only in an inspirational role.
