Colin Cowherd heaped mountains of praise (up top) on Sean McVay and the Rams after their 33-13 dispatching of the Raiders.

Cowherd also gave a brutal assesment (below) of Jon Gruden and Oakland, and the early returns are not positive.

'No communication at all,' Cowherd said on Tuesday.
