Clippers star Blake Griffin named NBA Player of the Week

Understatement of the century: Blake Griffin is good at basketball.

Griffin, along with Cleveland star LeBron James, were named the NBA Players of the Week (for games played Feb. 6-12) on Monday.

Griffin led the Clippers to a 2-1 mark last week, and we the leading scorer in two of the three contests (26 points, 11 assists in loss to Raptors; 32 points in victory vs. Knicks).

During the week, Griffin averaged 26.0 points, 10.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game.
