Clippers PG Chris Paul (thumb) medically cleared to return ahead of schedule
Great news for the Clippers ... Chris Paul is ready to get back on the court.
The point guard, who hasn't played since mid-January after suffering a thumb injury which required surgery, could play on Thursday night vs. Golden State, according to coach Doc Rivers.

CP3 is returning ahead of the initial timetable, which listed his injury as six-to-eight weeks.
The 31-year-old Paul is averaging 17.5 points, 9.7 assists and 5.3 rebounds per game.
