Chuck Pagano radio show seeks questions, gets blasted with jokes about failed fake punt

On Sunday night, the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots combined to defeat the Colts 34-27.

At the time of the Colts' fake punt failure on fourth-and-3 from their own 37, the team trailed just 27-21 late in the third quarter. But the play, perhaps designed to draw the Patriots offsides or actually sneak the yardage, spectacularly backfired as you probably know by now.

"The whole idea there was on fourth-and-3 or less, shift our alignment to where you either catch them misaligned, they try to sub some people in, catch them with 12 men on the field and if you get a certain look, you can make a play," Colts coach Chuck Pagano told the media after the game. "Alignment-wise we weren't lined up correctly, and then a communication problem on the snap. I take responsibility for that."

Pagano will have ample more opportunities to explain the boneheaded play gone wrong. On Monday morning the Twitter account for his radio show on 1070 The Fan called for questions for the coach. Some of the resulting questions were pretty distasteful but others quite humorous, and almost all of them focused on the fake punt oddity.

We doubt any of these will make it to air on 6 p.m., nor are there any good answers to them, but are our favorites nevertheless:
