Chris Paul on Instagram: 'Believe only half of what you see, and nothing that you hear'

DeAndre Jordan is still a Clipper ... and no one is happier than Chris Paul.

The Clippers point guard celebrated the re-signing of Jordan shortly after 9 p.m. PT on Wednesday with a heartfelt Instagram post, with a variation on a quote from Edgar Allan Poe to the tune of, don't believe everything you hear.

The reported beef between the teammates was said to be one of the driving forces in Jordan's quest to leave the Clippers for the Dallas Mavericks, the team Jordan had reached a verbal agreement with before changing his mind.

Jordan, one of the top defensive centers in the NBA, will score a big payday by remaining with Los Angeles, the only franchise he's ever known.

Looks like all is good with Clipper Nation, even after the entertaining Emoji battle.
