Chris Paul named Western Conference Player of the Week ( week ending Jan. 10)

No Blake Griffin? No problem.

The LA Clippers have rattled off nine straight wins and not lost a game since Griffin went down with a quad injury. And now, the NBA has recognized Chris Paul as the Western Conference's Player of the Week from Monday, Jan. 4, through Sunday, Jan. 10.

In that span, Paul posted some ridiculous numbers averaging 23.7 points, 12.3 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 2.0 steals.

The Clippers' current nine-game winning streak is the longest active in the NBA.

LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers was named the Eastern Conference's Player of the Week.
