Chase Elliott's car channels 'Awesome Bill' for Darlington throwback

Chase Elliott's throwback paint scheme for September's race at Darlington Raceway is giving a nod to his Hall of Fame father, Bill.

While the colors will be different, Hendrick Motorsports says the design of Elliott's No. 25 NAPA AUTO PARTS Chevrolet SS will pay tribute to the car that Bill Elliott drove to Darlington's Victory Lane in 1985 to win the "Winston Million."

Even the font used for Elliott's name will be the same.
