Chargers sign Riverside native Barner, re-up with DT Palepoi, OL Wiggins

The Chargers made a trio of moves on Monday, signing running back Kenjon Barner to a one-year contract.

Earlier in the day, the team re-signed defensive tackle Tenny Palepoi and guard-tackle Kenny Wiggins.

Barner, a native of Riverside, spent the last two seasons with the Eagles. He was drafted by the Panthers in the sixth round of the 2013 NFL Draft and also has experience in the return game.

For his career, Barner has rushed for 260 yards and two scores.
